Job Summary:
This role involves a variety of tasks including filing, scanning documents, organizing files, auditing employee files for specific documentation, ordering food for events, creating and posting communications around the facility, participating in employee event planning, and providing general support as identified by the HR Manager and Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing and Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Scanning and Digitizing: Scan documents and ensure they are properly stored in the digital filing system.
File Organization: Regularly review and organize files to maintain an orderly system.
Employee File Audits: Conduct audits of employee files to ensure all required documentation is present and up to date.
Event Coordination: Order food and supplies for events, assist in planning and executing employee events.
Communications: Create and post communications around the facility to keep employees informed of important updates and events.
General Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including tasks assigned by the HR Manager and Operations Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
